Hi Richard,

Braille Maker changes from French Braille to English Braille when it detects
a change in language in the Word document.

Any section that is grade 1 which should be grade 2, proceed as follows: -

Select the text which needs to be changed

Change the language to English UK for grade 2 English Braille

Change the language to French for French Braille.

You can change from one (or more) languages as many times as required within
one document.

Thanks.

Brian Cairnie

Subject: [access-uk] BRAILLEMAKER QUESTION

HI, Have just used Braillemaker to Braille out a menu for a French
restaurant. The document contains a French description followed by an
English translation.

The Braille of most of the French is in grade 1, but sometimes the English
translation also appears in grade 1.

I can't seem to work out what determines which grade the programme uses.
Any help on how to sort this out would be appreciated.
