Had it on Monday evening at 9pm on bbc1 because for the strangest reason known only to the A D people at the bbc they describe who do you think you are which is a prog about celebs tracing their family trees which is already narated and so doesn't really need the a d, but it was definitely there!!

Subject: [access-uk] BBC1 NO AUDIO DESCRIPTION

Hi all,

I'm just checking whether anyone else has had no audio description on BBC1 for Monday and Tuesday evenings this week? It was certainly working for us on ITV on both days.

If you didn't have it, could you let me know whether you are a Virgin Media customer.

Mike has already complained to the BBC and said that no apology is ever given when audio description isn't working, but we are wondering if in fact it's something to do with Virgin Media. They haven't changed their BBC1 channel number, have they?

Thanks for any help you can give.
