Hi I have been trying to get some help from nokia but they don't seem to be responding, I phoned them twice last Friday and e-mailed them too but they just aren't getting back to me. Maybe someone on here can answer some of my questions. Is there an proper e-mail address for nokia to get support? I am having some problems with my mobile and pc. I want to purchase the license for quick office for my nokia c5 but cannot get an internet connection or don't know how to activate it. I would like to download the programs on my pc and install them using the pc suite. I would also like to get the french language packs for the dictionary in my nokia, is this possible without having a connection on my phone provider? I don't think they support internet connections. can I just download the files? I am blind and this is all very new to me, this is my first talking mobile. I have a nokia my nokia account and ov store account. please put me straight. Lastly, my phone is connected to the pc using the pc suite at this minute, why can't I just connect my phone to the internet via my pc? is it possible, just like networking them? As I said, this is all knew to me, I have managed to set up the phone itself but don't know how to get the internet side Regards Adrien You can get me off list at: adriencollins22160@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Speakon is a free fully self-voicing accessible multimedia program for the visually impaired, find out more by downloading the software from: http://www.a-technic.net/speakon.htm You can join the speakon user group by sending a blank e-mail to: speakon-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
