Hi Peter I had already done this. I managed to get to the Microsoft site and it appeared while the player was up to date, there were some new security features I had to install. All sorted now and got my program downloaded. Thanks. Peter From: Barbara Wilson Sent: Tuesday, October 20, 2009 11:48 AM To: Access-UK Subject: [access-uk] BBC iPlayer I am having some problems downloading a program from the BBC iPlayer. When I Enter on the Windows Media Player download, I am just jumped out of the page and onto my computer's Desktop. If I Alt Tab back into the page and try again, the same thing happens. If I use the JAWS Cursor, there is a message saying I need to update Windows Media Player to download the program. I click on the link to go to the Microsoft site to download, but nothing happens. I have checked and I have the latest version of Media Player installed. Any help?
