Hi Peter

I had already done this.

I managed to get to the Microsoft site and it appeared while the player was up
to date, there were some new security features I had to install. All sorted now
and got my program downloaded.

Thanks.

Might be worth just going to Media Player and clicking on check for updates
in the help menu just to double check you have the latest version.

I am having some problems downloading a program from the BBC iPlayer.

When I Enter on the Windows Media Player download, I am just jumped out of
the page and onto my computer's Desktop. If I Alt Tab back into the page and
try again, the same thing happens.

If I use the JAWS Cursor, there is a message saying I need to update Windows
Media Player to download the program. I click on the link to go to the
Microsoft site to download, but nothing happens.

I have checked and I have the latest version of Media Player installed.

  Any help?
