I've figured it out now. Once in iplayer go to parental controls. Tick the box that your over 16 but don't enter a password, then it should turn it off. I did try this at first, but it wouldn't let me continue for some reason without putting in a password. All working fine now, and never been an issue before so not sure what caused it. I'm using JAWS 11, Windows 7, IE 8 and can't seem to do it. What's more annoying is that it asks you everytime you watch a program the BBC feels you should verify your old enough for. Peter
