Hi All
I decided to watch the BBC 1 TV film The Case Episode 2, this afternoon and opted for the Audio Described through Webbie! I got the TV programme OK but no audio described. Is there something I need to do in order to bring up the audio described/ I just choose audio described from the menu of the Webbie TV/ Then the film was struggling, stopping and starting and eventually it stopped and I got a message which said insufficient band width to show the programme. Now I am surprised s I do not have a problem watching when I go through the BBC iPlayer website and in addition I have had it said that my download speed is very fast so I must have fibreoptic for downloading. Any ideas please?
