Hi,
I'm not Jone, but you are right, NOd32 is not free, nor is it as expensive
as say Norton.

As a BT Yahoo internet user I am entitled to a free download of Norton AV as
part of my package. However, I do not use this and have a license for NOD32
that will expire in August 2010.

If you compare the test history of NOd32 with Grisoft between February 1998
and December 2006 you will see that Grisoft have scored 15 Success / 21
Failure / 13 No Entry

As opposed to Eset's NOd32's score of 41 Success / 3 Failure / 5 No Entry.

It depends whether you consider this extra security worth the price.

Hi Joan.

I presume from your use of the words "free trial" that when this runs
out it is necessary to pay for it unlike AVG?

Mandy.

Hi, Mandy,

I've just installed the free trial and find it works really well.

I also use Jaws 8.

I had all sorts of access (or should I say, non-access) problems with
McAfee.

Best wishes,

Joan.
