Jonathon, thanks for your suggestion, but I wanted a phone number that is
known to work, as there is no 'problem with my order' button by the order.
There are only the options of
Buy it Again
Return or Replace Items
Leave package feedback
Write a product review
Hide Order
As it is an item bought from Amazon themselves, there is no button to
contact the seller, as ther is with market place orders.
Amazon have sent me and charged me again, for an item I bought and received
in December, and I cannot find a way of getting in touchh wwia real person
to sort it out.

Typing "amazon phone number" into Google gave a first result with a
huge phone number of 0800 279 7234 which seemed to work for me.
However, in order to avoid all sorts of lengthy nonsense, why not just
login to amazon, find the order and and click the "there's a problem
with my order" button next to it?
You can then choose to be called by them if it's not something that
can be handled by one of the options there, and they will have all the
details to hand.
