I managed to call them on Friday on the main number, 03337591018. It says that
you can only call them if you are a vulnerable person, and also says you will
have to wait a long time. I held on and within a few seconds someone answered
me.

Amazon have closed all of their phone services including for disabled
people. Their online messaging system is partially accessible but you need
to keep checking if they have responded because if closes the connection if
you don't reply with in quite a short time.
