Hiwhen i started using ebay a friend of mine told me to check for negative or neutral feedback, even if the feedback score is good, if there's negative or neutral feedback he suggests you avoid buying from them.
i only buy from ebay shops and usually only costume jewellery etc as i'm addicted to the fake pandora beads and italian charms but can still spend a fair ammount in one transaction,
i'm not actually sure how you'd claim your money back but i'm sure there'll be something about it on ebay's site, that's who i've been talking about btw

Hi. Could someone tell me if it's safe to purchase items from sellers on these sites. Usually a good rating is an indication that a seller can be trusted but is there any measures put in place to prevent dishonesty? For example! If I order a electrical item and don't receive the item within the specified time! How would I claim my money back? -- MSN Saqib500@xxxxxxxxxxx ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
