Hi Chantal.
Aira is a free service with paid for options. If you sign up with my
invitation link:
https://link.aira.io/ref-fdeff
You will receive 60 minutes of free Aira service which you can use for any task
you wish including the one you mention in your email. Aira offers up to 5
minutes free usage per call, so for small tasks like identifying packages or
sorting through a few items, reading a quick letter or a postcard, tasks that
could take 5 minutes or less then the service is completely free. If you want
to use Aira for more involved tasks such as navigation tasks or to assist you
with documents and or such that you are working on, you can purchase a paid
plan or if you have a wide circle of friends, you can refer them to the service
and receive minutes you can then use.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [access-uk] aira problems
Hi all,
Please may someone be ever so kind as to tell me how to create an Ara acount as
I have tried to download the app onto my iPhone 7 but when I enter my email or
mobo number to try and sign up, it just says invalid details.
However I know my details are all correct.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Equally I'm a bit confused because I have heard that you need to pay for Ara
according to the rib but on the actual website it states that it's a free
service; please can someone clarify this?
I am wanting to try Aira because I am required to transcribe a document into
Braille which contains logos and need to have sighted assistance to obtain the
design of the logo's throughout the document to add correct alt text where
appropriate.
Any help or feedback on how people have found Ara so far would be gratefully
received.
All the best
Chantal
