You might want to look in JAWS help for Keystrokes In Citrix Terminal
Services.
Quickest way to find it, is to go into JAWS help, then Alt+S for Search then
type Citrix.

Hi,
Following on from the useful thread re accessible VPN I would like guidance
/ feedback on the accessibility of Citrix.
I am due to be doing some home working and in order to access work-related
files, systems etc. I am being told I will need to use Citrix to gain access
to this via a VPN - does anyone have information / experience of using
Citrix in this way and how accessible it is with screen readers in
particular Jaws 2018?
