If they're not sure where to look, ask them to go into either HKEY_Classes_Root\Installer or HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall. Good luck!

I sort of thought the entries were in the registry and that's why I asked the RNIB Volunteer Service if one of their volunteers could come and give me a hand deleting them.
