Carol, you can open ia WPS file in Microsoft Word. on the File/Open dialogue, go to the File Types item (Alt-T) and select Microsoft Works (WPS) from the list.

Subject: [access-uk] A .WPS DOCUMENT TO READ

Hi all,

I have a .WPS document to read which I think is a Microsoft Works doc. Any suggestions what might read it that costs me nothing? Yes, I could return it to the sending with a plea that it's put into a different format but doubt that the sender will have a clue how to do this so thought I'd try this route first.

Any help welcome. Thanks!
