Tom, I have been working in Queens Independent Living Center and I am always looking for a system to change. I'm not sure on who or what "Universal Signs" is, can you help me out with some information? I do know that Councilwoman Brewer was proposing a bill that would install (I believe ) ten audible signals in NYC. When I and others saw the bill, we quickly suggested Audible be changed to Accessible. Additionally I think I sent the number on to Bob White. I will however bring the number home tomorrow.
