Cool mate, Tiffie action :).
The Typhoon is a good aircraft fly it like a Tempest and you are on to a
winner:).
Sorry mate if it was a Blaggards attack two would have been definitely shot
down ;) lol.
All honesty good you survived the attack that’s a good sign :).
Excellent work on doing so much damage to the enemy, with low losses. They are
the sort of missions that build confidence in your own and your aircraft
ability. I like giving the enemy brown trousers, and spinning FW’s is a good
sight:).
Good work S!
Getting behind enemy lines is great fun, the enemy are switched off, don’t
expect bad guys to be around, and are easily startled. It is easy going after
larger numbers mainly because they have a false belief that the large numbers
protect them, hence again they switch off.
If you fly smart and control the fight after the first contact, you will
normally get more kills after the first bounce. The chaos caused by the first
attack normally leads to what ever degree of formation they had disintegrate
and then you can pick on stragglers.
There are not many squads we have came across in Il2 have the discipline to
keep it together. I am having trouble thinking of one that we have engaged, if
anyone has it’s been very rare, no matter what side red or blue.
Keep up the good work :).

Had a fine time last night with Cina, Phoenix and Bo, all flying Tiffies.
Admittedly, our first mission had to be aborted after 2x 109s bounced us
almost Blaggards-style. We survived the attack but had to RTB after picking
up some damage.
The second two missions over enemy territory saw the boot on the other foot
though. We totalled four e/a shot down, another four damaged and running for
home, for one loss. And a few bullet holes, as the fighting was fierce and we
certainly didn't have numerical superiority much of the time. Overall, quite
a few Germans didn't enjoy meeting us very much yesterday.
If 'brown trousers kills' were a thing, we would have got a few of those too,
if panicking, spinning Focke-Wulfs were anything to go by :)
Me admiring Cina's handiwork...
