Ah, I'm sure you're right.
I've just been diffing the files. The one that seems to change is the "*.list",
and it looks like it fingerprints its list of files. Maybe it doesn't show if
the fingerprint doesn't match?
How about trying to delete the .list and .msnbin files, reopen the .mission,
then save as?

Dutch - My mission files have PlayerConfig =
"LuaScripts\WorldObjects\Planes\spitfiremkvb.txt"; early on in the
.mission file.
For some reason yours have the string set to "".
So I suspect coop missions have to have at least one 'plane set to "player".
