[24hoursupport] changing "SEND TO" menu

I never liked the choice given for the "SEND TO" menu and have found it easy to
modify in Win 98.
I have acquired a Compaq P3 at a price I couldn't refuse but it came with ME.
For the life of me I can't find anyway to change the choices in the "SEND TO "
menu.
Any hints?
