Is he letting Windows handle his virtual memory? If not, you
could always increase the ammount(s) of HD Mb that he has
set aside for virtual memory, unless he's running out of HD
space. If he *is* running out of HD space, then that would be
the problem, regardless of whether or not he has manual
settings specified for virtual memory. Gary
