Hi Oe6,
you "may" be able to get it to run on a P350 but it would be very sluggish
even with 256meg of ram.

XP runs best on faster CPU's 650 and up with 256 meg of ram, you will see
performance improvements with more ram.
I recommend at least 512 meg of ram, more if you can afford it, and at least
a 64meg video card.
