Look at what you are using for anti-virus software. Do you have some sort of web security turned on? If so, turn it off for awhile and see if the problem clears up. I'm not sure how to fix it if that turns out to be the problem, but at least you'll know what is causing it. Perhaps you could get with the vendor of the virus software if that turns out to be the cause.
