Look at what you are using for anti-virus software. Do you have some
sort of web security turned on? If so, turn it off for awhile and see
if the problem clears up. I'm not sure how to fix it if that turns out
to be the problem, but at least you'll know what is causing it. Perhaps
you could get with the vendor of the virus software if that turns out to
be the cause.

Subject: [24hoursupport] Missing Pictures

I have Windows 98, IE6.

I've been getting blank spots on web pages when I go to some sites.
There is an outline where a picture goes. Text appears to show up fine.
Links and pictures are gone. Sometimes I get pictures. Yahoo seems to
work fine. Other sites I have problems with. This has been a sporadic
problem. I've tried restarting and shutting down a few times. So far
that hasn't worked. Any ideas?
