A blind friend sent me this question. She does medical transcription out of her home and needs to access some messages ASAP. So, any help would be appreciated. Can she just import the folders that she wants? ----- All of the folders I've created and all of my messages in my InBox have disappeared from my main identity in OE. I have 2 other identities and they are OK. Everything was fine day before yesterday, but when I came back this afternoon everything was gone. As you suggested I went to run and typed C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Identities\{03FA7420-3FCC-11D3-A1EB-AF89CC02843C}\Microsoft\Outlook Express Then I found all the folders. I checked the properties of some of them and it said that yesterday they were modified. However, I didn't do anything. Something that also called my attention is that there were 2 inbox folders and one was called inbox 1. When I open OE to use it the folders I can see in run are not here. My question is how can I eliminate this modification or what can I do to bring back all these folders again?
