Hi Bob, Go to Start> Programs> right click on Word> click on Create Shortcut. Drag the shortcut onto the desktop. From the desktop drag the icon into the Taskbar. The space on the left side next to Start. If you have too many icons there it will create a double arrow ">>" which you click on to expand. Mike ~ It is a good day if I learned something new.
