SpamPal
Freeware
http://www.spampal.org/
Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 or XP.

This mail classification tool gets between your mail program and
your mailbox, examines the source of each e-mail, and compares it
to various public lists of known and likely spammers.

This has a local black-list and white-list, and can automatically
add people who contact you frequently to the
    white-list.

You can configure which lists of possible spammers will be
checked and fine-tune the operation to your own needs.
