Neil, I'm going to defer responding on this to give others a chance. I do have
some comments I'd like to make but it strikes me that sometimes I say too much
and don't give others a chance. So my failure to respond on this should not be
taken by you as disinterest (though perhaps you are not disturbed by THAT
prospect!). Instead, let's see what others want to say on the matter first. --
