[wisb] who is chasing who?

Yesterday, I stood in my Madison driveway while crows chased a Cooper's Hawk
which was chasing a Great Horned Owl over my house. I couldn't quite figure
out the sequence of who started it (crows, I'm sure) and who their original
quarry was, but it was pretty exciting!
