[wisb] Wrens

I have a friend at work who has a wren nest with fairly developed young that
was suddenly deserted resulting in death to the nestlings. Do both wren
parents feed the young, and if so would it not seem odd that suddenly both
stopped?
Any feedback would be appreciated.
