[wisb] White-tailed Kite update

The White-tailed Kite flew over Apache Ave and 7 of us got good looks at
about 8:05. It continued to fly north but still hunting, and we lost it.
I stayed until about 9:00 and looked for it from County D but did not
see it. I added some more photos from today showing different views.
