[wisb] Spring Green Preserve west unit IS open

Word comes from Steve Richter of the Nature Conservancy (via a forward
from Mike McDowell) that the west unit of Spring Green Preserve (at the
north end of Pearl Rd.) is, in fact, open to public access. They will
be putting up a TNC sign at some point. There are no trails as of now,
although it looks as though there are a couple of old farm roads on the
Google Maps satellite view.
