[wisb] Snowy Owl confirmation needed Outagamie Co.

Hi All. As I was driving Hwy. 441 going North between Kimberly and Little
Chute, I thought I saw a Snowy perched on the top of a street light, this
morning around 8:40 a.m. Anyone driving that area may wish to keep a look out
and please confirm any sighting. Thanks.
