[wisb] Snowy Owl Brown County

Hi All. On the way home from work today I had an almost all white Snowy Owl
on the fence at the west edge of Austin Straubel Airport in the Green Bay
area of Brown County. He was quite happy to sit right next to the county
highway, and watch a semi and a school bus go by, amongst other traffic.
Maybe 20 feet from the edge of the pavement, just the ditch separating him
on the fence from the roadway. What a beauty!
