[wisb] Robins for CBC's

Nothing spectacular, but just wanted to let folks doing Oshkosh or Appleton
CBCs that there are several flocks still present between Neenah and
UW-Oshkosh. If you want details, which I won't bore the list with, let me
know. Total, I would estimate is around 400-500 between the 6-8 flocks.
