This is second hand, but a friend of mine here in Rhinelander went to check on the bird today and yes it is still present. It has been seen at least 5 of the last 7 days that I am personally aware of. It is usually in the vicinity of Hwy 17 and CTH W. Most often it is on the West side of the road, just N of that intersection, but it has also been seen on the E side. I went to see it on Monday and it was actually 1/4 mile or more S of that location midway between CTH W and Balsam Lane, right across from Grace Church. There is a good bit of habitat that is inaccessible in that area, so if it isn't seen, I wouldn't give up hope. There is just a lot of country for it to hang out in away from the highway.
