[wisb] Red Knot Racine Co-Yes

The Red Knot is still present on the beach at the Shoop park golf course. The
beach is between the Wind Point lighthouse and the Shoop park/golf course
parking lot. Head north alone the lake on the trail from the golf course
parking lot until it opens up to the beach and jetty. This time the Knot is
north of the jetty in the algae.
