[wisb] "eTT" in eBird

John and list,
 
When you see "eTT" as the observer name in an eBird report on the google gadget 
or needs alert, that means it's an eBird kiosk, generally at a NWR or nature 
center. I believe the only two kiosks in Wisconsin are at Horicon and 
Trempealeau NWRs. It also means, unless there are comments left in the 
checklist, there's no way of following up, becuase we don't know who reported 
it, the observer is just listed as the kiosk. 
 
This report had 1 Great Egret and 11 Snowy Egret, so I'm pretty skeptical...
