[wisb] Portage County Tundra Swans-No Loons

A scan of Lake DuBay after the rain and snow tapered off this evening
revealed no loons of any kind, a handful of Mallards, a small knot of C.
Goldeneye, 20 Canada Geese and over 400 Tundra Swans. A fitting end to
the day was being escorted off the dike by 9 Snow Buntings.
