Wish I could support a possible Connecticut ID, Brian, but I agree that this
appears to be a Mourning.  In addition to the points mentioned previously,
one of your photos shows the shorter yellow undertail coverts of a Mourning.
Those on a Connecticut nearly reach the tail tip.

It looks to me like a first year Mourning Warbler. The thin somewhat broken
eye ring and yellow throat point to Mourning Warbler in my opinion. Sibley
has a nice illustration of this bird. Tail looks long as well.
