[wisb] Milwaukee Willet Update

Just had a call from Betsy Abert. She says there are still 4 Willets at
the Coast Guard Impoundment.
In unrelated news, on Thursday (when rushing between the Sheboygan County
Court House and St. Nazianz), I had 2 Black Scoters at Hika Bay in southern
Manitowoc County. They were a male and a female hardly 100 feet off shore by
the pier. There were few other ducks in the area.
