[wisb] Milwaukee CGI Ferry request

If you enter the ferry drive at the south side of the CGI please do not drive
nor especially park on the left fork road shoulder; this is the loading and
exiting road for the ferry and traffic here can be heavy; cars parked here come
under scrutiny for security reasons as it is assumed that they will be loading
onto the ferry. Park in the regular lot and then walk to the fence if near this
road.
