Hi David- The warbler appears to be a Tennessee. It has a gray cap, plain white underparts, white supercilium, and barely visible wingbars, all which fit a Tennessee. Very little of the undertail can be seen, but what is showing appears white, not yellow as would be seen on an Orange-crowned. The other two photos are of a Dark-eyed Junco. It appears to be a first year bird. I can see why you might think it was the Oregon subspecies by the hood shape, but seeing how it is a young bird, and there are intermediates between Slate-colored and Oregon Juncos, I am reluctant to pin a subspecies on this bird. The photo is a bit fuzzy, as the light was getting very bad. I'm just not sure on which species (I do have a guess, but am looking for confirmation) http://www.flickr.com/photos/floresdavid/9753266612/ The second has me stumped. I believe it is in the sparrow family. I thought it was a Oregon junco at first glance. Let me know what you guys think. http://www.flickr.com/photos/floresdavid/9753477245/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/floresdavid/9753469746/ Thanks -- David Flores South Milwaukee If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands-Douglas Adams #################### You received this email because you are subscribed to the Wisconsin Birding Network (Wisbirdn).
