[wisb] Fires up north and Black-backed Woodpeckers

Hi Folks,
With the prolonged drought up north there have been an increase in fires this
year. It may pay to keep track of those fire locations and check them over the
upcoming season for Black-backed or Three-toed Woodpeckers.
