[wisb] Dane co. Landfill

Sandy Petersen and I hit the dump , Wednesday afternoon. We saw 2 1st winter
Thayer's, 1 adult Thayer's and 1 Glaucous gull. We also saw the dark morph
Red-tailed Hawk.
Lake Monona only has a little water open. Lots of Common Mergansers. There are
at least 15 Bald Eagles in the area.
