[wisb] Cackling Geese, Snow Goose, Black Scoter - Ashland

The Black Scoter continues in with scaup behind the Lake Superior Lodge west of
Ashland.
There was one adult white Snow Goose in with a bunch of Canadas and Cacklings
at Maslowski Beach.
I had another flyover group of Cacklings at Bayview Park on the east side of
Ashland along with 2 Black-bellied Plover.
