[wisb] Bayfield Co. -- Thayer's Gulls

I had 1 adult and 1 first-cycle Thayer's Gull at Port Wing harbor today.

Cornucopia harbor had 170 Herring Gulls, 1 Bald Eagle and no other signs of
life.
Still open water in Washburn, though I didn't run into anything of note.
