Hello folks, This evening I observed four Buff-breasted Sandpipers along the eastern most margin of the drawn down Wolf Lake at Bong SRA, Kenosha Co. After checking the dried flats farther to the west, I was returning to my car parked off 18th St. On the trailing edge of the large front that moved through this evening, was a jaeger gliding and soaring slowly to the southwest. I didn't have my scope on me or any photographic equipment, so I noted as many details as possible, but I'm not comfortable calling it anything but a "spuh" based on my views. For more details please see the species comments in my eBird checklist: http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S15158675 One of the most unexpected flyover species at an inland site that I can think of!
