Restart your print spooler service. If the service is stopped the printers do not show up in the Printer Folder. I have a Citrix Server installed and also have some shared printers on that server. This was an issue for a while but some updates to the Citrix software cleared that up. Could be printer driver issues (not quite compatible) or some other updates that need to be applied to the server.
