[windows2000] Use Group Policy to configure IE6

How do I use local group policy to configure IE6 for all users that log onto
the computer? Computer is standalone, not networked, W2K Professional sp4,
IE6. It seems I can configure some items with LGPO, but these configurations
don't seem to appear when another user logs in.
