[windows2000] SOLVED [WAS:Re: Install fails with "16 bit Windows Subsystem" error]

Solved by by finding by search on Google .  Also thanks to some in another list 
that also pointed MS 
Knowledge Base Article Q254914.  Fixed corrupt entry in Registry and can now 
install app.
