It is deleted. There are server based "Recycle bins" to emulate the Novell dumpster concept, but I have not used them. For this time, if you didn't have one of those installed, you are SOL. I checked the recycle bin on the server, and it's not there, and I checked the recycle bin on the local workstation, and the file does not appear there either.
