I just checked Google ("ping negative time"), and it looks like you are either 
getting back damaged packets or unsolicited packets.  I'd run a sniffer on 
there and see what's going on.  Maybe you have duplicate IP addresses?  Good 
luck.  It sounds like it might be nasty to debug.
